WG to DP Flexi Gaskets - Interest?

Having been quoted silly money for these new from Audi and not found a suitable alternative, I've spoken to a custom manufacturer and can hopefully get custom made gaskets for about half the price of Audi ones. Get a pair in spare as your existing ones will disintegrate when removed, even if they're only a year old

Aiming for ~£15 the pair and they should be reusable too

Are these the ones that are PN 857 253 115? Go either end of the metal pipe that looks like its covered in ribs? (My technical speak catches up with me again lol)

I'll check the part number but yes, it's the flexi pipe that connect the WG to the DP

I've ordered samples to my design, so will see what they're like...

Didn't fit and weren't the right material...

A member on here was kind enough to send me another design but thy need modifying to fit and the centre hole is a fair bit bigger, so I've decided to get some made.

857 253 115 seems to available also as a Goetse part# 31-027931-00, lowest price with a quick look around 3,46€ from Spareto.ee. They have some silly low prices on some brands like Goetse.

I found that goetze part number but searching didn't yield any results. I think they've stopped producing it so I'm happy enough to get a batch made.

what about turbo gaskets too as they are stupid money new

Are they? I can get some made up, I've got some old ones kicking about. Material may require some thought with that one.
