Here is a pic - the mounting bracket has holes at 90 degrees so you can mount vertically or horizontally through the footwell trim (or wherever).
I will get a measure of useful amount of cable length required to attach to the fusebox eyelets in the S2/RS2 - the simplest for most folk I expect - or the eyelets can be cut off for anyone preferring to splice or crimp at the black and white OBD plugs.
If anyone needs it for 3B applications then the cable can be shortened significantly to splice into OBD plugs already in the footwell.
Anyone using it in UrS4/S6 may need to extend the cables further to reach the fusebox eyelets as I cannot remember if the AAN fusebox is on same side of car as the driver.Attached FilesLeave a comment:

Paul: I wasn't suggesting for a millisecond that any of the C4 UrS4/S6 were anything but OBD 1 (or just OBD). However, for some reason, Audi decided to switch from the fault code access plugs in the 1992-94 UrS4 and 1995-96 UrS6 under hood relay/fuse box to the console in 1997 with an OBD2 style plug.
1992-94 UrS4 and 1995-96 UrS6:

1997 UrS6 (looks OBD2 but really one OBD1):

I am not sure if you have a Check Engine Light (CEL or MIL) that is yellow and comes on when you first turn the ignition to run (before you hit start). If you do, you can use this procedure:
