I asked Paul about these only today, as i've got to take the front end off my now dying S2 again :-(, nothing serious, just a front end off again.
He said they are a little slow at the moment and no new news to tell us, which is a pain...
I'll ask Paul to contact them for an update.

Guys, I spoke to powerflex this morning and the prototype arrived back on the 27th Dec.
Paul or Martyn F are having the first one to test once it has the seal of approval they will go into production and sold thru VAGPARTS.
Initial price is about £10-15 +vat which seems pretty good to me.
Will keep everyone posted.

I forgot all about this!! hey PAUL!!! what is happening with this mate? surely its available for us now??
Which is handy because..... guess what I have to fit very soon.. a certain silver RS2 front cross member and intercooler, which means I'll be taking the whole front end off the car!! which also means.... I can test fit the snub at the same time (loads more photos :-) )
I know I like working on the S, but not even I would take the front end completely off a car twice, if I could do it once!!!
Come on Paul ..... SORT IT!!!!!! pick it up tomorrow from them and post it to me!!!! you know you want too.... and NO I am NOT fitting it to your car!
Can you also ask them about Doug's request please

My stock snub mount is about a half inch clear all around. It doesn't go anywhere near the bracket in the crossmember. I think the poly job should be much larger than stock. My car has had a minor front end bump though so the repair may have created more room!! Any comments??

Yep did that when I put it together last week but there is still half and inch longitudinal (ie front to rear) travel possible which I thought was a bit much. Half in lateral doesn't matter but I was wondering if the bush should protrude a bit closer to the x-member in mine...not sure if everyone else is the same.
It's great to adjust the vertical direction with the aux rad removed because you can access everything with just the bonnet open! Easy!

Wil feed back some details and photo's of the snub mount this weekend providing nothing crops up. I plan the replace the cross memebr on Saturday and Paul has sent me the snub mount today, so all being equal, I'll post pic's and findings over the weekend.
