    RS2 water pump pulley group buy

    I have now had the sample drawn up.

    Looks like there a few options and before I make a set design up I thought I'd test the water.

    Right. These can be made in aluminum or steel. Price is pretty much the same both ways, other options include anodizing in maybe something like back or silver. Brighter colours on request.

    Do people want them pressed onto a new pump or just a item they can swap them selfs?

    Price wise £60-100 depending how many I need to take.

                Is the shaft diameter the same on 3B and ABY/ADU pumps? If so, I'd take one to fit to a 3B pump.

                  Won't you need to also have a GB on the RS2 150 teeth toothed cam belt too?

                  RS2 = 034109119C = 150 teeth according to the photo

                      I could be wrong but you may get a problem with dissimilar metal corrosion if you use an alloy pulley on a steel shaft? Obviously anodizing should avoid this, just avoid leaving it bare alloy.

                      Good to see someone addressing the NLA and extortionate heritage prices.

                        What difference of ID/bore will be between aluminum and steel part?

                            Dave,

                            Do you have any details on the right belt to use on a 3B with and ABY head and cam wheel?

                            Cheers

                              If my "imagination" works at this moment using adu wp with any(except adu) i5 20vt cams/sprocket and any belt length(that will tension ok)will get timing half tooth to the left.Because wp sprocket diameter dictates camshaft timing.Not the belt length.
