We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
I'm considering ordering a set from the US. They're about $100 a set delivered to the UK, plus import costs @ about 30% and UK pist... This is obviously an 'increase' on the plastic ones, but these won't crack and leak over time and are reusable.

Can't imagine that the OE plastic ones offer much in the way of insulation once the engine is up to temp but I'd guess that there will be a little more. Can't imagine it's an issue.

Just installed a set of these. First word of advice is to make sure all the threads are in good order on the manifold. I had one thread that was ever so slightly marred from chipping out the old injector cups that I didnt notice. The cup got tight as it was going in and then subsequently snapped. Marc was great and I had a replacement in my hands three days later. Tapped the threads and good to go. They really are a thing of beauty.
