Bram, the wiring loom i got had both heated seats and elecy seat looms, the + power for both were joined together and used only the one connector on the fuse box.
If you look in the pic on post 5, there is two large red wires at the bottom joined together under a white rubber cap, thats where the elecy seat looms where joined in.

This looks like a very useful install guide. I'm hoping it's going to be pretty similar to do a heated seat install on the S6. Anyone on here done one?
I'm converting some urS4 seats to fit in my coupe at the moment, and installing the heated elements - same process as above except the backrest is easier as you can detach the foam from the fabric.
Sorry I'll explain, what I meant is where does it go as it's not actually needed for the seats to operate and it's position in the loom means it's meant to connect under the dash?
AFAIK its for the ecu for seat memory? IIRC the loom just has a 30amp feed, earth and fuse to connect under the dash.. could be wrong though, never seen one in the flesh.

lol I have one in hand, the ecu for seat memory is actually located under the seat and there are a lot of extra wires to power it under the seat for it with the the other seat outputs
Newsh loom came from the US like mine so maybe it's a yank thing?
