    Common part numbers thread?

I have just been looking though the forum for the Behr Rad part number so that I can order one from GSF and it took some time to find. Is there any cause to have a forum dedicated to common/not so common part numbers that people think are useful? Just a thought...

Sorry... forgott to add - Suggestions of good replacements (non-originals) for parts and where to get them might be an idea? This might help us newbees...

sounds like a good idea, useful for when doing SAMCO boost hoses, when you need DV, WGFV PCV, etc for instance you have several options on the DV, OEM, S3, Forge, Bailey

Cheers Jamo. I did find it but I thought that there are lots of things (pointed out by Markarina for example) that people might not want to spend time looking for. I thought that if a P# Forum was started and somebody found a good source all they would have to do is post the source and the P#. Simple???

Right, give me a few days to dig out my invoices and you can have part numbers for ALL the parts I have ever bought from VAG parts! (Could be quite scary)

I will come back to this when I have some time on my hands!

                  Good idea Ctolladay!

                  Cheers,

                  Steve.
