My trader's policy cover's me for the market value of the vehicle, unless I can prove it was worth more.Originally posted by GT500if your car gets in an incident/ written off you get trade price only. plus you usually need premises.
But as always the proof comes when you need to claim.Corey

I have a real cheapy traders policy, which means I am basically legal for most things, I am sure however, that if I claimed I would not actually have anuy cover at all.... but then , it is only £500 per year....
You don't need 'premises' for my policy, but you do need an address and need to show 'throughput of stock' , I also need to let them know (strictly speaking) which car I am running for myself, rather than for business purposes...Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...

that's a bit cheaper than mine (£3K) but it does cover my premises, stock etc also. As much as it pains me to say it is a fantastic policy (well until I try to claim) and covers me for any car upto £150,000 invalue. So if anyone needs a Lamborghini Gallardo moving, I'll helpOriginally posted by LHD_KidI have a real cheapy traders policy, which means I am basically legal for most things, I am sure however, that if I claimed I would not actually have anuy cover at all.... but then , it is only £500 per year....
