Has anyone converted urs4 leather recaro's to work in coupe?
    To make them foldable?
    thanks LukasR

Yeah did this a few years ago. Requires some welding and general modifications, I had to cannibalise two stock coupe seats for the folding mech parts.

I have a load more pictures somewhere.

If you don’t want to make them fold, then you can pretty much just swap the seat bases over. IIRC it is pretty much a straight swap (non electric obviously)

            They need to be foldable.
I have couple of youngsters they need to fit on the back
            Are Yours from URS?
I have another option of getting recaro classics, but they need to be reupholstered in new fabric.
Not decided just yet. Wich ones are more comfortable?

Height adjustment on both B series seats are must have to be able to swap bases over.

Not sure which are more comfortable, but the UrS4 seats would be my choice. Perfect match with the rest of the interior, height adjustable and just lovely seats.

I think Audi messed up with the seats in S4/S6, reason why my S4 is getting S8 recaros.

The top part of the backrest seems to be further out than middle and bottom part and gives pretty bad backache over long journeys. Headrest is just way too far back and you can't just rest your head on it without bending backwards. Had 3 C4s, 1 comfort interior and 3 recaro tyre seats and all were rubbish. Some might disagree but that's just my experience, that's why I've bought D2 S8 seats and they gotto be one of the best seats I've say in. Support in all the right places.
