As per title, I have RS2 exhaust manifold its cracked quite badly, is it worth repairing, welding?

Scrap, sorry. It can be welded but it will just open up again. That area is just too stressed.

Depends on what you want to do. All cast manifolds crack, just some take longer than others. If you want a better flowing setup then go tubular, but you will need new downpipes etc. Actually some of the cheap China rs2 copies are ok once you spend a few hours with a die grinder cleaning the inside up. Then you can reuse your existing parts.
