For good general Coupe maintenance at low price book - Haynes is OK.

For the engine stuff - general EFI learning - well there are a LOT of books. There is a Haynes one I have numbered 9755 'Automotive Fuel Injection by Jan Norbye' is quite good... though covers lots more than Bosch stuff so you get some insight on other systems too and helps you learn stuff from 1st principles.

There are really good Bosch books you can buy as well, but they tend to be very specific and rather more expensive.
