3b in Coupe Quattro v6

Hello. I have good old 3b engine in garage and also I have a Audi Coupe Quattro 2.8, but i want some more dynamic drive,
so is it possible to replace 12v v6 with 3b engine? What problems should i expect. (except reinstalling 3b ecu and all wires). What about engine mounts and their location, or subframe, is it the same?

engine mounts on the car need to be cut off and rewelded from a in line 5 engine. rest is the same, not sure about ratio's on the box might be a bit quick.
