I also recommend removing the BOV altogether, that way your car won't bog on gearchanges.

I am very sure that you never got misfire. You are using the wrong word.
Before you were getting a fuel cut...

Are you 100% sure the wastegate spring is in stock condition and the wastegate is not screwed down? Try to run a hose from the turbo right to the wastegate without the N75 in between and check how much boost you will get.

There should be a 6mm allen key screw.
If it's screwed all the way in, then that also basically means you have no boost control...

I said what to do to test it... it's not hard to find a piece of tube.

1.9 what? Boost or what it shows on your computer?
The computer shows absolute pressure, so that means 0.9 bar boost.

If you are only getting that in higher gears, then you have a boost leak somewhere.

                              I doubt it's the turbo.
If you plant your foot in 4th gear, you should see 2.1 with the stock software. If you don't you most likely have a boost leak.
Pressurize your intake and find it...
But first make sure your wastegate is set at 0.4 bar.
