Door rub trim removal

Hi guys does anyone know how the rub trims on the doors come off? They are the strips half way down the door! I thought I would ask before I attempt to tackle them, rather than end up breaking the first one to realise there is an easy way to remove them.

half way down the door - they unscrew from the inside
bottom one's - tap off from the front backwards

no problem, rears are the same just more pita removing everything to get to them. Out of interest whats up with yours?

Nothing wrong with, I have been sorting the exterior so it's been proper cleaned and buffed so just want to take them off to get the dirt and crap out and then I can clean the little strip that you can't get at with a mop.
