I'm going to have the alignment done in the next few days and before I go I want to make sure that everything that could be seized isn't. So I'm looking for a definitive list of parts front and rear that I need to check. Any input would be great, I just know that if I fail to check one thing it is bound to be seized!
generally it will just be the adjusters on your track rod ends on the front, the adjusters on the tie rods on the back and the bolts holding the bottom ball joints onto your wishbones.
If the chap doing the tracking is really thorough then he may want to loosen your subfrme bolts and your Suspension leg > Hub bolts, but i doubt it.

For a coupe front track rod ends are the big one, make sure they are dripping with copper greese so they have no excuse. I have be turned away before because they were seized only to find nothing wrong with them when i got home, but they do seize up. Lower balljoints should'nt be a problem to loosen up. Back is the same as the front.
Avant rear is another story altogether, the lower strut bolt, and inner tie rod bolts are the adjusters and tend to seize solid. I've had to cut them all out of my car and replace the bolts and tie rod.
Its also not a bad idea to have at least half a tank of fuel in there.
