I am having great difficulty in finding one.
Does the standard A6 Quattro bar fit?

Here is a photo of "Euro" C4 A6 bumper hitch/towbar. It bolts into the rear body, in place of the Item 6 bumper brackets in the second diagram. The bumper then is then attached to the towbar. Based on that design, the A6/100 towbar should fit the UrS4/S6 sedans and avants (same rear bumper on both). IF you can't find one, you might be able to have one fabricated or have an existing towbar from another car modified to fit (using the Item 6 brackets).

I had a demountable Westfalia towbar in my ex C4 100. Really neat and totally invisible when unmounted.
