diference in NM, 7A and AAN head?

exhaust valves are different you will need valves from turbo head or you risk to melt them.

* NM/7A heads are consider to be stronger and crack free than turbo heads. Basically they are same, only differences are water lines (can be remanufactured) and exhaust valves
