My all cars (except my first car) has been a rear wiper and for my its like the Xenon: totally necesary.
Now I have a Seat Toledo mk1 and all the days I must clean the rear glass and use Rain X. It's a bad idea to have a sedan without rear wiper.

    A great s h i t.
Im de-wing mirroring my Avant next, and after that I may even de-wheel her!!

Yep thanks for the bumper rob

I would stay volcano black so the door shuts match and I would paint the lower bumper and side trims as I think stock bumpers all painted make the car look great

There is no doubt the Rs2 bumper looks best on the lighter colours ie polar silver and of course dare i say noggy I went the RS route on my emerald green avant but sometimes wish I kept the s2stock one.
If you do it I would go for a Reiger bumper as they are good quality and a good fit.

This was another decision I had to make I kinda like a lambourgini grey, like a slate grey, but currently the car is Volcano black and I think that is not a bad colour so I may just keep it as it was meant to be, will be a lot more work completely changing the colour me thinks!

I will be undertaking a full respray on my S2 Avant in the coming months, I had thought about removing the roof rails also, but it seems like it might be extra hassle, so Im still undecided? How hard is dropping the head lining and putting it back?

Also due to some plank my front bumper now has the corner missing where it meets the arch I was thinking of possibly changing the bumper anyway because of a nasty split in the lower black bit ......was thinking of maybe a late cabriolet front bumper that has the 993 fogs, do these fit?? Otherwise it's a RS2 or stock S2.

Rob, you saw my avant a few years ago when I came up... Same colour as yours and without rails.... remember you commenting on it. Its how it came from Audi bud and when i look at it next to other ones with rails I think it looks lower and smoother because of it. Deceptive huh?
