I presume you are talking about the satin black ones to the outside of the door gasket. If so, 895853491 is the left side and 895853492 the right side. "Scuff plate - sill panel".

Likely NLA at the dealers. Try Audi Tradition.

They can removed with a heat gun (low heat), a scraper and loads and loads of patience (go slow, don't force).

If so, from the dealer I'm pretty sure NLA, but this carbon fiber solution from Carbondesign looks so much better and will be more durable.
