cut the slots through both skins,

hammer the middle piece up

weld it to the back skin

grind off the excess

bog the gaps or weld plates in

if you decide to get your exhaust done like this give me a shout and they can use mine as a temp for a bit of beer money

will take more pics if you want,

cant take any of the inside as its packed with rock wool to deaden the nosie of the exhaust,

the bumper

i cut out the existing hole

i plastic welded a piece i cut out of another bumper where the old hole was

boged over the top and de-textured the bottom

4 1/2 inch hole saw for the new holes, cut the bottom half off with a grinder to make the hole into a slot
