I own Cambridgeshire and that is my country seat

The HPmuirt mansions are based in Impington, so not a huge distance away from Linton (15-20 miles?)...beer, now you're talking my language

To answer all your questions....

Windows - To be honest, I've never asked the staff how long it takes

Heating - I only heat the areas which I use. The staff all wear more clothes in the winter :mischeif:

Spare Rooms - I have a few...not sure how many as I have never counted. I'll send Jeeves to count them all
