I have recently been playing with server-side databases for websites so following a recent post on here about newest and oldest S2's, I thought I would knock up an S2 & RS2 Register. See a basic version at here
It is rather simplistic as I prefer to write raw code, rather than designing in a WYSIWYG and I am not artistic. I will add 'engine type' and I have not written the finished the SEARCH function yet. I was also thinking about adding more to the statistics section, such as no of 3B's and ABY's, oldest and newest etc...comments please.
Please have a play and see what you think. Feel free to add real or pretend cars to it to see how it works. You can view the details of each car listed and can sort by clicking on the heading of each column. What other fields should I add/remove etc? What else does it need? All critism welcome (as long as it is not about me
).
If people like it, I will clear the database and run it up for real.
or it can be buried and never spoken about again.
