Antti, I'd be well tempted to say that your engine was either running not enough timing advance or way too much and was pinging. The power curve looks like it should have kept on climbing past 3500 RPM and it's just "stagnating"....

That's just a thought anyway... How's the new engine running?

      Cheers,

No, there was no detonation what so ever.. broke rod bolt.
New engine is wiseco&autoverdi with 8.4 cr ratio.. Same
software .. Does not seem to care if the compression is little low...
dyno run was stopped early becouse backpressure is over 2bar
when boost is 1.3bar, I even downgrade it from 7a cams to
3b.. with the new egine. Got 480nm from 3300 till 6200rpm when
run was stopped, too small turbo.. too little ignition degree on the
low cr engine.. Hope lives to get programmable ecu.

Why do you need a programmable ECU? Can't Tommy do that for you? Anyway, in case you need it and you can't find anyone, I can do the remapping for you and push the engine near its knock limits (which should be very far due to 8.4:1 CR).

BTW, here's what an RS2 tuned by me has done on the dyno running 1.7 Bar peak boost and 1.1 bar at 7000 RPM.

Well, there is some issues on self made chips, I have no info how tune those knock maps, gas pedal maps etc. I like to use anti-lag
when on strip and I don't think Tommy is gointo like the idea of
700cc injectors and holset turbo. And I have 3b setup still, like to
have direct injection, and I don't want airmass meter..

              Story so far:

Got 1.8 boost and going strong, so I order some configure time from the tuner and going there got the 2bar meter to top and broke the small wheel

Any motorsport/aftermarket replacement for the small wheel at the crank?
