We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
The avant springs wont fit, the rear springs are totally different.
As for ride height, lowers approx 30mm. The ride is alot stiffer than standard but handling improves no end. I fitted Konis and powerflex bushes at the same time so it is diffcult to say just on the springs.
Terry is it the same bloke u bought the car from? I bought some shocks from him and he offered me the springs. I think i may try for them depending on price
