Is your house part of a courtyard of barns thats been converted. looks like it got planning before they started to tighten up on barn conversions. You got a lot of windows thats all, well new openings for windows and doors. Also cus these concrete lintels are exposed without a timber face.
Not like the new regs say "a barn conversion must look like a norm barn to the passer by and not be able to tell it has been converted" this differs from county to county and then in boss planning area's opinion (interpretation of the outline guidence from gov)
Yeah thats always funny farmers sell the plots and act like they still own the lot as they say "this land is my land". Makes me laugh cus it the land that'll own em when they die.
