A few more mods..

A few days ago i bought xenon kit with 5000k and im amazed about how good they are but i have some problems with the autocheck system. Will try a search here on this forum..

Also got my 3" exhaust system on. Downpipe, racecat, 2 silencers and a nice little doublepiped tailpipe. The sound is stunning when it opens up on full throttle
Will post pictures soon..

As the winter soon will arrive here up north i need to get my 17"rs2 winterwheels on. But first i will powdercoat them in anthrasit/titanium/greywithabitsilver lookalike colour.
Im also going to renovate the engine inside,and outside. New turbo etc.. goals is 430-450 hp.

hello Bretiling!,

for the autocheck look under the dash of the drivers foot for the green connector which is indicated for the autocheck control as a whole.Remove that and look at the connectors.Look for the one that has a letter 'K' nect to it.Either bend it so it will not connect,or put some tape on it.Therefore you will disable the autocheck for the front light bulbs.Then you wont have any problems with the autocheck!!

You have to take pictures of your new xenonkit fitted! I did really get impressed yesterday!! My H1 bulbs looks like plain candles in comparison.

Bretiling,i would like to ask you of the noise the exhaust makes now and also if you see any difference before and after fitting it...

My RS2 will be completed next saturday.Got to do some painting on the engine tomorrow,fitted everything,mechanically now it is all stable.On wednesday i will pick it up with the rear spoiler fitted(with brake light),front fog lights with air intakes,and an expert waxing!! on Saturday im having the cruise control fitted,a larger oil cooler and a new gas pump(bosch 040,not 044)!!

The sound is superb, not to much on low idle but when you push it the exhaust just opens up and screams
It also feels a bit quicker now with the new downpipe an racecat.

What colour did you paint the engine parts?

Nice to hear about the exhaust.Im still thinking of keeping the original.I mean,if im not going to see a whole lot better result on the run,i prefer the subtle sound and of course the 2500euro in my pocket!!!

the engine is silver with paint that can be sustained in hot temperatures.The same colour is the wastegate.Im painting today the letters.I have chosen blue/black colours to match the samco hoses and the rest of the engine.I was thinking of putting some red in there to go by the RS2 signature but i thought in the end it would be too bling so im sticking with the blue red silver.I will post pictures soon!

That's expensive ! A full turbo-back stainless steel 3 inch exhaust with 2 mufflers will only cost you 900 Euros if you can come over here and leave the car for 2-3 days. :mischeif:

You are located in Belgium,right?Im planning a europe trip next august or september in Europe! between holidays im planning on getting some parts for the RS2,since i will be travveling with it too! so it can be arranged!
