whats the best cone filter for noise

hi all im getting a cone filter but i dont know what to get i want some real good sound from it, whats the better foam or metal filer cheers

Theres a review of filters on the forum, the Apexi filter came out best with HKS another good choice, also there is the huge ITG filter used by Doug_RS2 and a few others.
