It just goes to show that communication is critical to save any misunderstandings!
If you agree to buy something of a forum member then it is your obligation to pay promptly. It is then the sellers obligation to send you the goods without delay. If there is a delay then all they have to do is inform the buyer. Most of us are reasonable people !(but not all)

I think though a stipulation of buying selling is that a tracking number must be provided for all goods sold, it saves alot of hassle imo
