Here is my Audi S4, model year 1992, 5 speed manual, sedan, some modifications i have done, like:
KKK27/28 hybrid
NM cams
RS2 sylinder head ( stock, not ported yet )
SQ exhaust collector
BMW M5 3.8L engine MAF
Porsche 911 injectors ( 310g/min@3bar )
Bosch 044 bensin pump
PKM 3" exhaust from turbo to end
ABT springs and Koni shocks
Porsche 911 carrera S front brakes

Now ca 320KW, in future need more power.

Wheels from Audi A4/B6, original Avus.
Here in Estland are now winter and studded tire are enable.

Up to 600hj, for that power I need to change more details, like: coler, turbo, injektors, bensin regulator, maybe cams, rods, clutch, Map, balancing engine ( crankshaft, rods, pistons, and so on )

Will need a tubular exhasut manifold i think for that much power. ARP studs and bolts also.

What does the M5 MAF do for the engine?....and what sort of remap have had done on the ECU?

The BMW M5 MAF is the same 100mm unit as the the Sport quattro, also the Porsche 928. It's a route some tuners like to take.

Remap have had done by PK Motorsport, for big turbo, M5 MAF and big injektors. 320KW

KKK sizes:

Compressor wheel max diameter is: 82mm
Compressor inlet diameter is: 61mm
Turbine inlet diameter is marked #7
Turbine outlet diamter is 69mm




Question: what the max productive power for that KKK turbo? I think 500HP.
Is the turbine inlet #10 or #11 better than #7?
