My 1996 Canadian S2 !!

Hi there, I wanted to wait to make a post with pics on Canadian soil ... But winter has hit sooner than I thought and she's tucked in till spring comes again (and I forgot to take pics before that).

So here it is, after wandering the forum for a few years now and wanting to import an S2 since I've joined ... I finally bought one in Switzerland late September and has landed in Halifax in November

He are some pics taken in Switzerland before the shipping.

I'm looking for some information on how many 1996 S2 Coupe (built in 1995 but badged MY96) were actually produced with LHD ?

Your a fortunate fellow, it looks very tidy and unharmed. Enroute to Montreal, someone dropped a hefty chain across the hood of a car I brought back.

I had it shipped from Switzerland to Bremerhaven, Germany, then from there to Halifax. Then drove it from Halifax to Ottawa.

Total was 3800$ canadian.

Just the RORO part with all the paperwork (Europe side and Canadian side) was about 2100 CAD.

I've seen a few different quotes, Uk to USA is around $1150 or less RORO.

But 1150 pounds is almost 2000$ CAD lol
