the springs are g&m , i did cut a ring of the back springs and harf off the frunt , or thow im now thinking that only harf at the back would of been fine lolservice tec @ East Kent Audi

im not shore what the dampers are they were done about year befor i got the car so there 4 year old at the most , all i can say is its verey verey ferm , my *** as left the seat more than once , it would seem the back is well over the top may need to get some diffont springs it seems to hardservice tec @ East Kent Audi

Its too hard because youve cut the springs down which increases the spring rate.
Also you have no suspension travel left as youll be hitting the bumpstops.
