    What did you use your S2 forum car for today?

    Ours was on DIY roofing duty…





    Over the weekend it was on house moving duty. (not us, but family) and canine transport.

    It is getting a proper workout at the moment.

    Looks like it can manage a decent load too!

    unfortunately mine got a couple of looks and a grrr for not letting go of an exhaust manifold nut and one of the turbo to manifold bolt chewed up…i love it really…i think ?

      Lol…. It’s all worth it in the end….

      As for load, Avants are surprisingly cavernous, certainly bigger than our old B6 Avant. And, old forum joking aside, if you removed the front passenger seat you’d probably get a coffin in…
      those roofing panels are 2m long and underneath it is a pack of 2.4m long tongue and groove cladding.

        It has been for the last 21years…so trying to keep the faith.

        think the largest i got in the coupe was an Aussie bbq years back…was massive bit it did take it with the seats down which wasnt bad.

              Collecting 8 sheets of 8x4 plasterboard from Wickes...

                Transported two 20L jars of deionised water from the motor factor outlet to my work, carefully placed in passenger footwell with passenger seat moved back so as to sit upright and the door closed perfectly to keep everything stable. I’ll get a photo next time.

                  It goes from bad to worse for ours, on wheelbarrow duty getting the logs in for winter.
