Let's start with the compliments to this fantastic website. Until now I have been reading a lot of topics, learned a lot, but now it's time to contribute something as well :mischeif:
I have a 1993 ABY S2 Avant in Ragusa Green, which was imported from Germany to Holland in 2001. It has a full leather interiour and carbon panels in the doors and on the dashboard. Before it was brought to it's first owner in Germany it was modified by MTM with a 270hp chip and H&R springs lowering the Avant with 30mm. Today it has 240K kilometers on it's clock, and still drives terrific!
I bought this S2 Avant July 2006 from S2forum member Nero who brought this car into top-shape and after that I did the following upgrades until today:
S2 non-airbag sports steer
Red Brembo/Porsche 304mm brakes
18" S8 Avus wheels
replaced the old Audi 90 number plate holder with a fresh one
New RS2 clutch, pressure plate, clutch pedal cylinders
new powersteering pump
new cam belt, water pump by 237K kilometer
VDO turbo gauge in middle console
partially rebuilt interiour into black RS2 colours
I still have many upgrades in the planning, but this will take some time.
When I have them installed I will show it in this thread.
