looks to be in pretty good nick .... any plans to spend a few quid on it, or enjoy it as it is ?

did you get it local ? - I'm just down the road from Southampton, and rarely see 20V's or S2's in the area

      hi kylie

Its as good as it looks! being a fan you probably know how hard a good one is to find but it didnt take me long to make a decision on this one there is a couple of niggles the left front arch is going underneath, and the wheels are really shabby. ive got it in the garage at the moment for a belt change thourough service new brakes e,c,t e,c,t!
ive ordered some rs4 reps 17" and im planning some mechanical mods nothing to extreme though....yet!

Looking at the pics of the engine matey I would say you do have a tubular manifold on there. The heat sheild is too big for it to e a cast one....

look at buying a 3b engine and loom, probably better than turboing up the 7A, purely as no one kn0ows the turbo'd potential of the stock 7A rods. If you wanted to go that route there is a pressure dropping gasket forn 034 that brings the compression down to that of a stock 3B and then all you need is a wiring loom off a 3B, injectors, turbo, manifold etc,
I went this route but just decided to drop a 3B lump in as it was quicker, easier and less expensive........
