Quick question regardin fan switch

Just changed my radiator switch the fan now kicks in about a notch and half over 90 degree is that about right driving around it stays on about 90 or a bit over cheers lads

another thing noticed when all is hot the top pies r piping hot but the hose coming from thermostat is not as hot have had thermostat changed is this ok

Sounds about the same as mine although I'm not running the aux. radiator. I gave the cooling system a severe going over before and during my trip to Germany and what you've described fits with my experiences. I did think that a lower temp fan switch and slightly lower temp thermostat would be a good plan but just hard-wired the fan up instead, just in case it all gets a bit hot (like on a track).

cheers andy when i first bought the car i never really studyed the temp needle untill now, i think im gonna leave it i think due to the warm weather we r havin its just gettin hot quicker than before, am i right thinking all is ok and just to leave it?
