the mr2 motor/pump is from a import around 93> you fit it were ever, get new pipes made up but need a valve/reducer on the pressure side other wise steering to light, you dont need the ecu that the mr2 uses [for the steering] just wire threw a relay direct from battery. As for alternator, not reccomended for a road car as wont charge unless you are moving, we had a alloy pulley made [can get one if you req] this fits on the end of the prop with the cv removed then fit cv and pulley bolts threw exsisting bolt holes on cv [need longer prop bolts], above the pulley we cut a slot and fitted alternator inside the car dead center above pulley. fit the fan belt before mounting alternator to make sure belt is straight, diff needs to be solid mounted we have used 034 motor sport mounts. please note, we have done 500 miles and it seems ok[running in] but we wont realy know if its any good until we do the next rally ,our main prob could be queing up for each stage ie no charging and fan on etc etc

Hi A1quattro - great looking car and looks like fun... love to know what specs you're running. Is the car a daily use road car too, or just for track?

BUT you should get a better photographer (I know they're just pics taken by some circuit franchisee) ... Those pics have no atmosphere... need a blurred background and a feeling of MOTION.

              hi philkerswell !

the car is only used for rallying ,but is road legal as rally cars need to be sometime driven on the public high way on certain events ,also comes in handy for testing . Each rally we do there are photographers at the events and I think they do a good job, they then send every competitor a copy of the pics taken then you just order what ever you want which suits us fine. I am hopeing to gat a web site running soon
