Just a quick update to say the porsche yellows are on and making a bad noise so going to order the anti vibration pads from porsche.Hopefully that will sort it out????

Will look a lot better when i've had the wheels painted

The heater is playing up now so the car is going in for a cam belt, pully set, water pump and thermostat on tuesday plus a full flush so it should be workig good again.

The bloody clifford is playing up and has started to drain the bat for some unknown reason so that is going in on sat.

a few problem have come up but thats all part of having one of these beasts so i will hopefully have it all sorted very soon.

Well not updated for a while, but went away for a week skiing and had to drive the car to work to collect my van.Parked the car up at work and had a leak looked at the header tank and was empty Filled it up and it didn't leak

Untill it used 6 litre on sat in about 150 miles, while taking are lass to look at a TT oh crap hoping the head hasn't gone at the mo

Sunday got up and filled the header tank up again and it dripped slowly as soon as it got to temp it released all the water so switched it off straight away Not a happy bunny at the moment but i think it could be the water pump cause it seems to be coming from around that area........... So the job this weekend is to take off the front bumper and check it all out. Fingers crossed its nothing to bad

I bet its the little pipe under the inlet mani just behind the power steering pump.
Check it first. easier than front off...

                  Quick update;

Replaced the radiator and filled with coolent again. Went to pick it up from the garage i took it to and wouldn't start. So Rob(GT500) offered to come over and have a look. He came and cleared the codes and got it fired up and running sweet, or so i thought Got up the next morning and wouldn't start againwater in the bores so no spark

Well turns out the head gasket has gone so it looks like a few things have to be put onhold at the mo

I've left it in Robs very capable hands Pleased in one way that i know whats wrong with it now and it will be spot on when i get it back, and a bit pi**ed off that it's the head gasket. Oh well,at least a RS2 head gasket can go on nowJust have to hope there is no damage to the head itself

Not updated in a long time but here goes!

Got the car back a while ago now and was running sweet untill the heater decided not to blow warm air again? I'm hoping it the matrix and not the head again as it will be scrap(the head that is). After picking the car up on the tuesday it wouldn't start on the fridayand kept going into limp mode turned out to be the bloody hall sender so that was another load of money but you all know these cars as a bottomless pit.
Other than that not much has been done on the car, apart from i fit a S4 whiteline rear anti-roll bar! To say it mad a hugh difference would be a lie. Holy cow it is one of the cheapest mods and the best mods i have done so far. But i did put new drop links on as well as all new fittings.
Fitted some ellipsoids and got myself a HID kit. WOW My car came without Ellipsoids,so when i fit them with HIDs They are worth there weight in gold.Plus fitted LED sidelight so it didn't look orange.

The plan is going to kick back in after christmas

Well i'm going to look to see if the heater matrix is leaking tomorrow got a few other little things i could be doing as well but we'll see

I'll post a pick of the rear anti-roll bar next to the old one asap

I'm happy with the car now the head is all done. Went out the other night it was a fresh night and i was amazed at how the car goes on the full boost It still catches you out at how quick for a standard car it is and others
