can´t believe it, my car already on the forum.
@nuvo
it´s a V1. In my opinion the V1 is much more comfortable than the V2. The v2 is in my opinion nothing half and nothing all. A V3 for the S2 would be the perfect choice but it´s not available except you wanna spend a huge amount of money. An user in a german forum builts at the moment an urq-race-car where money playes no role. He ordered a KW V3 Competition which costs 3500€.
probably a perfect suspension for that car but for the normal use on the street is the V1 a perfect choice. i´m very happy with that suspension.
the car is now lowered approx. 40-50mm, and that is enough.
the offset on the front is 33mm, on the rear it´s 28mm i think.
thanks also for your declaration concerning the english terms. ;-)
cheers.

Some more info please...
I have fitted the TT pedals to my clutch and brake pedal but not the throttle. Did you use glue/screws for the TT throttle to make it fit?
Carlos.

hey guys,
sorry for the late answer. i´ve had a lot of things to manage during the last time.
to the planned engine-step:
i want to build a complete new engine, with new pistons and so on. rs2 camshafts, rs2 ecu, rs2 downpipe, rs2 cats, rs2 boost hoses, and some other rs2 parts are lying around here.
the exhaust-manifold i´m going to buy a new one at audi. also is a kkk 26/27/29 planned.
to the pedal: in an german audi-forum, there is a guy who makes the throttel-pedal-conversion. clutch and brake are very easy to manage yourself, but the throttle-pedal isn´t that way easy. the conversion costs round about 20-30€ and you are then having a fitting metal-plate for the tts on the pedal.
the person is called "Waldemar" or "Walde".
perhaps you can solve your problem that way.
have a nice evening,
wolfgang
PS: Another interesting fact about the colour. Today someone with good connections to audi in ingolstadt sent me an email. he said that there only had been 2 S2 Coupé in 1996 which had been sprayed in isis-red-metallic. the colour was only available in 1996, as i´ve said sometime before, but there also had only been 49 audi coupés in 1996 which had been sprayed in isis-red.
the other isis-red S2 is, according to his mail, actually in the netherlands.Last edited by Wolfgang; 9 December 2007, 22:01.Comment

you can be sure that i´m going to do this.Look after her mate!
especially the cars from the 1996 MY, only 277 S2 Coupé were produced in that year.
172 of that had been lhd, the other 105 pieces had been rhd.
but the fact that there had only been 2 S2 Coupé in isis-red-metallic is still very impressive to me.
seems i´m having a very rare car in that colour.
cheers,

Wot...just lying around? What bits, where, how much...and some other rs2 parts are lying around here.

Any chance of a link for the pedal mod?
Cheers.Carlos.

hi,
at the moment there are only the rs2 ecu, the boost hoses, the camshafts, and an engine block lying around. the cats, downpipe, airbox, intake manifold is is in the car yet. fuel injectors, exhaust manifold and the charger is missing, hopefully there is someting under the christmas-tree.
to the tt-pedals: take a look at: www.dasaudicario.de then click on "umbauten", and then on "TT-Pedale-Poliert und angepasst". Here you can see the plate, and at the end of the text is Walde mentioned. You can contact him over the contact-function on this page. but be careful, "holli" the page-owner isn´t Walde. Holli is a good friend of Walde.

Thanks 4WheelDrifter, very shiny, mine are actually a dull brushed finish maybe more to you liking?
Think this should be moved to the Interior section, maybe as a 'sticky'? Moderators out there?
Just off to translate the page, looks like i only need a rhd tt pedal arm? Cost?
Thanks guys.Carlos.

hi,
an update on my car. put her on a mixture of RS6 and RS4 wheels.
on the front the RS6 wheels with 8,5x18 with a 30 offset and on the rear the RS4 wheels with 8,5x18 with the 20 offset.
rubber is a 225/40 ZR 18 P-Zero
it´s real beautiful the wheels are perfectly fitting to the car in my opinion. í´m very happy about that cause i´ve never been 100% satisfied with the wheels i´ve had on the car in the past. the rim-story has always been the neverending one...
but now i think it´s great!
but you can have a look:

And really important for me: I´ve done nothing to the fenders in order to have wheel-clearance. everything is fine with these wheels on the S2 Coupé. Obviously the offset 20mm on the front wouldn´t fit without doing something on the fenders...
Next step is the RS4/RS6/Gallardo-Brake on the front with the RS4 B7 discs combined with phaeton disc-hats. The calipers, the brake discs and other things except the phaeton hats are lying around.
( if there is anybody who sells some phaeton disc-hats or old complete brake-discs let me know please..)
and after the brake the engine is coming..
