    Back and better than ever!

Finally got my S2 Avant back from QRSport yesterday and its running so much better than it was. Its like a whole new car again

Turns out the WGFV was indeed inoperative as so many suggested so it was a nice cheap fix, its going back there to have a new G28 speed sensor fitted as thats why my speedo had stopped working but it now works again

I'm going to rig up my makeshift boost gauge tomorrow hopefully and see what boost its running at now, there is definately a huge improvment in pulling power and you can also hear the turbo spooling up now, something you never used to be able to hear.

Big thanks to everyone who offered help and advice, was much appreciated.

My dad and I rigged up a temporary boost gauge before it went away and was only boosting at 0.4bar, yet it was getting to that quickly and nicely. QRSport did an acoustic test on the WGFV and it should make a clicking noise but it did absolutely nothing.

I hope to be able to get the gauge rigged up again today before I go to work and see what its doing now but it feels so much quicker and pulls so much harder than it did. Before it was fixed it felt rapid, now it feels bloody frightening

I found them to be fairly reasonable to be honest, £52.27 all in. Would have been £120 including labour but I didn't have to pay for that.
