what color for my new S2 ??

hi everybody !!

i found a new S2 , only it s in silver / grey, and i like better the S2 coupe with a darker color, i m looking for everything in brown, purple,anthracite, dark grey,... but not black.

my previous one was in Dark Burgundy color code LC3U,

for the moment i got :

Burgundy Red Pearl Clearcoat LZ3K/H4
Lava Gray Pearl Effect Clearcoat LZ7L/1R
Venetian Violet Pearl Effect Clearcoat LZ4Z/4H
Dark Brown ( from audi quattro 81/85 !) LD8V

any other suggestions ??? ( with color code please ! )

ther is a nice anthracite color for the last TT model , color code ??

I think thats completely down to personal preference.
As colour is only really something that the owner can decide especially if your getting a respray? All options are open then.

I guess you could always get hold of some dealer brochure. Audi tend to do a very good job at presenting the different color options on there high end vehicles

Would still like to see the outcome though..

How about a standard Audi Brilliant Black with 10% Blue Pearl, then all the panels would
have a nice pearly hue that would be accentuated in different light and viewing angles...

in blue color , i like AndresS2 one !!, but i got a 2.8 CQ in blue, so i would like something else.

What about ragusa green? looks black in some light.

Well funny enough it's what I put on my Audi 80, it's a very subtle effect and you would have to do some test panels to get the effect you wanted... Like I said before, the ratio I eventually used was 10-1 by volume and was mixed with the original.

Heres the paint details although you will probably find you can only get it in waterbase basecoat now... Does'nt matter what make you get it in either I use PPG, MaxMeyer and Lechler paints.

PPG Deltron: D 943 Fine Blue Pearl BC

What about Byzance Purple - its very nice, quite rare and very cool if you like the dark colours ? A search here will find some pics - Jas11n has it for example.

The Ragusa green is cool also.

Just anything except Brown tho

ok, i got the Amethyst pearl from Fat Audi 80, but Jas11n s got so many treads, i can t find a pic of his car color ! lol


are there so few nice pics of dark color ( except for black) S2 around or what ??
