Holset pro 40 with 14cm^2 hotside, i guess around 600-650hp reaching choke limit.

By the looks of it.. the HOLSET is REALLY bad for TRACTION and TYRES <: otherwise it looks like pure ownage <;

All turbos are good so long you got the right ones.. MANY Holset turbos that are 2nd hand are old diesel turbos = huge A/R´s = baaad, if you buy a new turbo, then no problem...

holsets can be used easily with KKK hotsides and one 0.70AR borgwarner hotside made from the US which is what i plan to use.It should spool better and produce decent amount of power

Holsets are fine, just like BorgWarner.
Excellent quality cartridges made for long lasting applications.
Downside is the huge hotsides, but smaller ones are available. For the Swedes outhere it's easy to find. Bullseye has billet impellers and 'race'covers.

I build my own hybrid, new HX50W cartridge with HX52 cover + compressorwheel with #17 hotside.
Now Holset comes with the Pro52, exactly my setup...


Outspooles any Garrett with sick pressure ratio's (new HX35's spool like midrange A/r gt30's but add another 100-150hp)
