Ross had a problem with the URL and getting an invalid response. The URL should like like http://www.vertar.com/confirm.asp?v={AE71DC3C-69DC-43D9-B583-28BE1A433A83}

Note the { and } around the code. Some email clients havn't encoded this correctly.
