    MOT F^&kin Disaster..

It passed, and was told it was all okay ready to collect... At a VAG main dealer...

Within the hour, I was there and confronted with this... The oil delivery man decided to trash the S2.

    All caused by this...

Got all of the insurance details and driver admits liability, spoke to my insurance before accepting the car back... But Fu&k me... How much more bad luck can we take...?

2 cars trashed in 6 months...

I hate this world, it sucks..

Chris, well, the dealers were 'Cordial' in the support, to be fair to the service guy, he did do his bit, but ultimatly the contractors insurance covers it... So they were always 'avoiding' the issue of liability.

Many thanks for the offer, I'll wait to see what the insurance transpires as, but I'm not going to let the old girl go, the B@st*rds are going to fix it, or pay for it's fix... So don't do anything silly with the bonnet and wing for a bit please... (just in case there's a NLA type issue)...

                      That is proper crap.

I hate leaving my car ANYWHERE for that exact reason. I sit and WATCH mine have its MOT and then it goes away with me again.

Best of luck sorting it out to your satisfaction.

                      Cheers,

                      Steve.

                              .

Surely it's the dealers full and complete responsibility to get this fixed to your satisfaction, bearing any and all costs?

The vehicle was in their 'sole charge and responsibilty of care' as you were no longer in possesion of the keys...

Is n't that a charge of 'failing to be in control of a vehicle at all times' on behalf of the van driver?
