    My 1994 Audi RS2

Hello, I have been a member for some time, but only used it to search for information. So now I fount the time to give a short presentation of my car.

It is a Audi RS2 1994 mod. 174km on the counter. It was a almost original car, that unfortunatly was not in prime condition. So I have started to get it to be as my dream car.

    First picture:

So I started the upgrade. The front brakes was not good, so I refurbished the calipers with all new parts and a new paint job. New zimmerman discs and steelreinforced brakelines.

Then a complete service of the engine and removal of the blow of valve that made the car sound like a Nissan or something... Installed a Forge DV007 instead.

Then I mounted Powerflex and H&R coilovers and 19mm rear arb to get better handling:

And a good polish of the car made it look like this during the summer:

And now the engine are out of the car for a major overhaul

So I am looking forward to the summer now. Hope to get the oportunity to go to nürburgring to test the car.

Nice RS2 there alright... something about that RS Blue in the sunlight

Tell us more about the H&R coilovers - what are they like for setup and more importantly how does the car handle now ?

                Welcome by the way !

Thanks. It is a Turbonetics Super E50 with stage 4 exhaust housing. It should provide between 450-480hp :-)

I know, ths colour is just perfect!

With regards to the H&R coilovert i find them a bit hard to adjust the height. But I have set the height I want for the car now and are very pleased.

The ride feels perfect. Not to hard so you can drive it for long drives, but stil very good for track day use. The 19mm ARB from neuspeed and the polyflx bushes realy helped with the handling.

Just looked at the H&R site for specs and there is no option for RS2 or CQ even with any coilover kits.

Maybe you got some secret stuff that isn't listed on-line... What is the part number for that kit you have on the RS2 ?

There's a few members with the H&R Kit on the forum, Breiling and AndersS2 for example have the H&R clubsport coilovers, these one's look different be interesting to know what kit it is.

Mine are not the clubsport edition. Those are not street legal in Norway. This is a Tüv aproved coilover kit. You have to send in you original ones for modification to H&R. But I can probably find the part numbers when I get back home.
