    Car Valuation

    NO IM NOT SELLING IT!!!

Looking to up the agreed value on my insurance policy and apparently i need to have an independent engineers report on its value.

Just wondering what the entails because surely someone needs to know wtf the car and all the modifications are to correctly value it?

Take it to a reputable dealer, MRC, Lion Garage i'm sure you can use them for engineers reports. I maybe wrong however.

Some of the "official" owners club like AOC do vehicle reports/apprasils which are used for agreed value insurance purposes, I think qoc and no doubt others do it as well.

I got an agreed value on mine through talking bout the value of all the mods on one of my cars and ending pictures to the insurance company and agreed it between the two of us. Costs inc: Sterio, alloys, suspension kit, disc conversions, engine mods, body mods, paint, interior mods, re-wiring costs, etc. They were fine without an engineers report dude. Which company is it that wants the report anyway?

MRC have been taken over by Adrian Flux as I found out after the last lot of mods. I was with MRC but they could no longer insure me and recommended their parent company
