aight guys here is my new car had to show someone its exactly what i have been looking for 55k on the clock and yes i know i could have got an s2 for the same money i paid but now i can run on classic insurance so

well 20 year old car but it spent 15 years declared as sorn in the warehouse you can see in the first few pics so condition is lets just say very much above average i had a 2.2 a few years back and loved it so when this came up i had to have it

I'm not too keen on the graphics myself but.... they have been on the car since it was new so would be a shame to pull of the period vinyl beside the paint could be a little off colour if i did remove it now all i need is 1 of you guys s2 panels to replace that wood
not too sure about the insurance on the s2 but after my last 2.2e I loved the sound of the old 5 pot engine and with the exhaust on this it sounds like the old ur quattro rally cars haha im only 24 so lots of time to get hold of an s2 in the future

Surely you should keep the wood if you want to keep it 100% original and period?
If you do get some, make sure its from a RHD car, as the piece on the dash is different

I want to keep it as original as possible but i dont like the wood and will be getting leather seats but will keep the wood + original interior in a safe place for a rainy day

Not sure they guy i got the car off has had it since feb 08 before then the car was sat in the warehouse for 15 years delclared as sorn could always ask the dvla who was the previous keeps tho i guess i have been told he was a moto bike racer apparently
