And this is some Audi Art from some highway driving in winter conditions.
wtf. the car has a Dutch number plate on it

there was some snow here aswell, had not much fun with the S2 in the snow though. My 80 type 81 was a better drive mainly because it's 400 kg. lighter than the S2.

what width tire have you got on the s2 ? If they are 225 then that will explain it.

An S2 in the snow with standard 205/55/16 is much better than one with 225/ /

if you put skinny tires on in the snow it makes a huge differnce to grip.

it's not the weight as i know that my old 200 quattro avante is heaver than my S2 avante but is much better with 205's on it than my S2 with 225/40/18 summer tires on it, it is crap in the snow .
I would have put my standard wheels back on the other day but they wont fit over my brakes

had both on the car at the same day, have to say there was not much treath left on the 205/55/16's though.

Just for ref, my V8, standard tire being 215/60/15, listed a 185/70/15 in the book for optimal snow driving .

Right where is there any snow still? I'm in Leeds West Yorkshire. I don't want to have to drive for hours but a little distance isn't a problem.

Help me out boys and let hear where it's at. I just want to play!!!!!!!!!

              Cheers Lee
Just some finishing touches to do now

In Canada, some of the provinces do not require front license plates so its common to see european plates used to cover up the brackets. I found that one in Arnhem a few years back while visiting some relatives.

ok that's quite cool, although I would have made a personal plate for it, can get them in a lot of colours with whatever text you like within the limit of numbers ofcourse.

At home now, No i couldn´t find any parts. Was out until 12,30 AM in - 27 degree tempreture trying to fix it but gave up. Trying to source parts now but thats not easy either, as i dont want to spend 500 quid on a 10 year old snowmobile. better to sell it as it is.

It's been f0cking hilarious here. Descent Q-season, right.

It has been snowing every freaking single day for two weeks. So at the moment there is like a foot more snow on top of that cossie.

Usually some snow is not even an excuse to be late from work, in Finland. You just wake a bit earlier to plow the snow, to get there in time. But this time it's been too much.

It is SO much annoying driving around with AWD, when 99.8% of the others have 2wd.

No, I am not working with the mazda. It was an organ doner for my landlord's drifter:

The corsa under the snow is his work as well, has 600something HP.

Also the vette and cossie are his projects. Will be something different..

The car under the blanket is my own. More of that when it's time.

Until then, happy Q-season for all of us. Enjoy the slides.
