    2.8 V6 Coupe quattro

Finally got my CQ sorted out, got a fresh MOT on it (cost me £6.20 in wishbone bushes to get it through ) so I've tarted it up a bit!

    Before -

    After -

I'm rather happy with it! Though it is deceptively low, I've since ripped the exhaust off on a tiny speed bump and managed to ground the wishbones trying to go through the car wash

Next job is flock over the god awful walnut effect crap on the inside and get some Recaro's out of something for it! Then once it's pretty inside and out I've gotta do something about the severe lack of power, it sounds ace but it's so goddamn slow!!!

Cheers folks, they're Borbet B's which usually live on my Golf (hence the stretched tyres, kinda need them for clearance on the Golf!)

But since it's not going anywhere for a while thought I'd get them redrilled, the guy's making me some flush centers too They're 9x16 ET15.

I've done it the rough arsed way, chopped 2 coils off the front and 1 off the back, actually rides quite nicely still! I couldn't leave it standard height though, so many people do that (from pics I've seen) and it looks rediculous! That and I'm a bit of a tight git, the car only cost me £565!

That looks fantastic on those wheels and slammed like that.
I still have a real love for the Coupe and every time i see one wish i had one as they still look spot on in how they look, plus on the S2, the i5 engine sounds sweeet!

Nah not really, needs more power really but I'd only be sacrificing the reliability by upping power... The center silencer needs to go, that's just getting battered on the floor it's just my daily so I'm pretty happy with it!

MK2's not looking so hot anymore, though the project isn't far off finished now
