  • My new "sensible" daily.

Well finally had to sell the S2 as 22 mpg was getting a little too much for daily use, thought i would get something sensible, well it tried

More pics to follow but briefly, 1.8 20v turbo, Leather, coilovers giving a massive 3inchs ground clearance, stainless system and tvT:

But it IS a 5 door estate, family mover and the slightly menecing looks are purely accidental

Nice motor but I've seen it somewhere before. The plate has been a few different V-dub.

    Proper family wagon......
Just some finishing touches to do now

Not a quattro and seems to do 35-40 with a gentle foot so not as bad as the S2. Will keep an eye on it and get an RS2 if it gets worse

              Nice looking motor.

I also got myself an A4 (B5 FWD) the other day. Plans for my S2 keep getting bigger and
bigger and I fancied a toy to play with while I build the S2, so I got this:

It's got quite a few mods already, but adding a few more can't hurt.:mischeif:

On the small amount of running about I did in the car before taking it off the road to modify it some more, it returned about 29mpg. All with a reasonably heavy right foot.

              Paul.
