My Audi S2 Coupe '96

Hi,

wanted to share with you my experience about my Audi S2. I own that car around 2 years and decide to go for more hp this spring. Before I continue I have to say that I'm absolutely inexperienced in this kind of mods.

My setup:
1. Porsche orange injectors
2. K26/Garrett A/R 60
3. RS2 EM
4. Pogea Racing RS2D02 chiptuning

That all resulted in following numbers today.








What I wondering is why numbers are so small What comes in my mind is that I have some boost leakage...The biggest number I saw was around 1,5bar.
Can somebody clarify how much boost must provide particular Pogea Racing chip? Friend of mine who owns RS2 has the same chip and he states that his full boost is around 1,9bar. :mischeif:

Problem is that in my country there are not guys who are able to map Motronic professionally, so I decide to have "something". As far as I got to know is that this Pogea RS2D02 chip is made for RS2 injectors and some modified turbo..something similar to K26/27 which could be something similar to mine.

I may be wrong but the chips your running need as a 3bar map sensor and resistor change if you are using a standard aby ecu.

I can try to swap if there is real reason..just I'm not sure...custom remapping could to expensive for me now-days.

Hi,

I've got S6 2,2T Motronic with 300kPA MAP installed for testing. So I spent couple of hours swapping chips and testing..unfortunately without positive results...

Chips in 300kPA Motronic was useless...less brutal and responsive...around 5500-6000rpm engine performance were decreasing all the time...and 7000rpm was reached very slow...

If you have any ideas about this issue (excluding idea about custom remap), please let me know.

Is the wastegate and WGFV working properly? Could be trying to boost too high on the turbo

I dont know if this is still actual, but i never called one of my chiptunings like this. and with the hybrid turbo kkk26 you should have 1.7bars at 5000rpm in the 5th gear. 1.95bars overboost and 1.75bars overall running. i never sold chips to riga or russia, they must be copies.
